Rosie Huntington-Whiteley shares her workout routine

Needless to say, a hot bod doesn't come easily

If you ever wondered how Rosie Huntington-Whiteley gets her rock-hard abs and toned arms, wonder no more, because the model has graciously shared her workout routine on Instagram for all to see and emulate.

We can't tell you the names of half the moves that she does, so you're just going to have to make it out from the super fast forward sequence. Things you'll need: a yoga mat, an exercise ball and comfortable exercise clothes and shoes, a bottle of water and a friend (because it's more fun). Things you need to do before: stretch and warm up.

Beyond that, it'll only take us, ah, ages to get our bodies to be as svelte as the British model. But hey, good things don't come easy, right?
