Adidas Ultimate Fit High-Rise Long Tights, RM240 at any Adidas store

What it is
These tights are designed for high-performance workouts at at the gym. The fabric is meant to keep you both cool and dry, thanks to Adidas' Climalite technology that wicks away sweat. Its material allows you to bend and move freely with confidence.

Why I love it
I do like the graphic nature of these leggings; they are available in all-black and black-and-white options. What I love even more is the high-waisted band that helps hold all your 'wobbly bits' in place. And the height of the band also means that I can wear just a sports bra without being too revealing, and I don't have to worry about a potential muffin top situation.

I used these leggings in two scenarios to test them fully – for an indoor yoga class and a run at KLCC park. During my yoga class, I didn't have to worry at all about the opacity of these tights when bending in my asanas nor did any of my movements feel restricted. While running outdoors, these leggings performed equally well. Suffice to say it's hard to go wrong with this pair. My only word of caution is that if you're not a certain height, the lower calf part of the leggings may not be as fitted as they ought to be. Maybe a petite version would be good too (hint hint to the good people at Adidas).

What it's good for
In and out of the studio. Especially if you've got a short top or are just wearing a sports bra.
