Bulgari Rose Goldea: the perfume we can't stop wearing right now
A fragrance fit for modern-day queens
Bulgari perfumes attract devoted followings, and we're tipping that its newest, Rose Goldea, will be no exception. This deep yet delicate rose fragrance was inspired by Cleopatra, whose love of roses was so famous it's said that Romans scattered them over the Tiber river to welcome her fleet to Rome. The bottle too was inspired by Cleopatra's sun ray headdress and her favourite serpent ornament, her symbol of power. It also pays homage to the house's iconic Serpenti design.
"The creation of Rose Goldea was an extraordinary adventure because we wanted to interpret the emotional dimension of a delicate flower: the highly prestigious Damask rose," said master perfumer Aberto Morillas. "The fraction that I used does not have the same scent as a classic rose: with this new fragrance, I wanted to illustrate the flower's true natural freshness, youth and luminosity with the most translucent notes of musk."
Bulgari Rose Goldea is a warm, floral blend of rose petal extracts, pomegranate, musk, Damask rose and grandiflorum jasmine. It is now available at Bulgari boutiques in Malaysia.
